Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes, or should be construed as, professional advice of any kind. This includes, without limitation:
- Legal advice: Kerygo is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents are provided for informational purposes and do not substitute consultation with a qualified lawyer.

- Technical or manufacturing advice: Information about printing techniques, garment manufacturing processes, fabric specifications, or material standards is provided for general reference only. Always verify technical requirements directly with your chosen manufacturer before placing an order.
Directory Listings Disclaimer
Kerygo is a B2B directory platform. Business listings may be sourced from publicly available information, third-party submissions, or direct business owner input. The following apply to all listings:
- No endorsement: A listing on Kerygo does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, or certification of any listed business by Kerygo.
- No verification guarantee: While Kerygo makes reasonable efforts to review listings, we cannot verify every claim, certification, capacity, pricing, lead time, or quality standard made by a listed business.
- Unclaimed listings: Some listings may have been created from publicly available data without direct input from the business owner. These listings may not reflect current trading status, contact details, or service capabilities.
- No transactional involvement: Kerygo does not facilitate payments, hold funds in escrow, act as an intermediary, or provide dispute resolution services. Users are strongly encouraged to use secure payment methods and formal written contracts when engaging with any business found through the Platform.
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreement, transaction, or relationship with any business found through the Platform.
Kerygo is Not a Party to Any Transaction
Kerygo operates solely as a discovery and listing platform. When a user contacts a manufacturer or printer found through the Platform, any resulting communication, negotiation, agreement, or contract is formed exclusively between that user and the third-party business.
- Kerygo is not a party to any contract, purchase order, service agreement, or arrangement made between a user and a listed manufacturer or printer.
- Kerygo does not hold funds in escrow, process payments, or act as a financial intermediary at any stage of a transaction.
- Kerygo does not mediate, arbitrate, or provide dispute resolution for any disagreement arising between users and third-party businesses, including disputes relating to payment, production quality, lead times, delivery, or contract terms.
- Any dispute arising from a transaction must be resolved directly between the buyer and the manufacturer through appropriate legal or commercial channels.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The custom printing and garment manufacturing industry involves the reproduction of designs, logos, artwork, and branded content. It is the sole responsibility of all parties involved — brands, buyers, and manufacturers — to ensure that any design submitted for production does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- User responsibility: If you submit a design to a manufacturer for printing, embroidery, or any other reproduction, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for that design.
- Manufacturer responsibility: Manufacturers listed on Kerygo are independently responsible for their own compliance with copyright and trademark law. Kerygo does not review, approve, or monitor the designs submitted to or produced by listed manufacturers.
- No Kerygo liability: Kerygo is not liable for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or intellectual property dispute arising between a brand and a manufacturer, or involving any third-party rights holder, in connection with designs printed or produced through a relationship initiated via the Platform.
Meaning of “Verified” Badges
Kerygo offers optional verification badges to businesses listed on the Platform. It is important to understand what a Verified badge means — and what it does not mean.
What “Verified” means
- The business completed Kerygo’s verification process at a specific point in time.
- The verification process may include checks such as business registration documents, identity confirmation, or contact detail validation.
- The badge indicates that Kerygo reviewed the submitted documentation and found it consistent with the information in the listing at the time of verification.
What “Verified” does NOT mean
- A Verified badge is not a guarantee of the business’s workmanship, product quality, production capacity, or ethical standards.
- It is not a guarantee of the business’s financial stability, solvency, or continued operation.
- It is not an endorsement by Kerygo of the business, its practices, its pricing, or its suitability for your specific requirements.
- Verification is based on documents submitted by the business and is not a continuous audit. Kerygo does not monitor verified businesses on an ongoing basis.
Samples and Production Quality
In the garment manufacturing and custom printing industry, the final product received may differ from a manufacturer’s online portfolio, catalogue images, or verbal descriptions. Kerygo strongly recommends the following practices before committing to any bulk order:
- Always request a physical sample before placing a bulk production order. A sample allows you to assess print quality, fabric feel, colour accuracy, sizing, and finishing.
- Document all specifications in writing — including fabric weight, GSM, print method, colour codes, sizing charts, and packaging requirements — before production begins.
- Conduct quality checks on received goods before full payment is released.
No Warranty on Availability
Kerygo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform, technical errors, data loss, or any other issues arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
