Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kerygo (https://kerygo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Kerygo is a B2B directory platform that enables users to discover and connect with third-party garment manufacturers and printing service providers across India.

Business listings on Kerygo may be created from publicly available information, third-party sources, and user or business owner submissions.

• Kerygo does not claim ownership of third-party business names, trademarks, logos, or images displayed on the Platform. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.
• We do not guarantee that any listing has been authorized by the listed business unless explicitly stated or a verification badge is displayed.
• Unclaimed Listings: Listings sourced from publicly available data and not yet claimed by a business owner may not reflect current trading status, services, capacity, or contact details. Kerygo is not liable for inaccuracies in unclaimed listings.

If you are a business owner and wish to claim, update, or remove your listing, please contact us at hello@kerygo.com. We will take reasonable steps to address your request promptly.

Kerygo operates solely as a discovery and listing platform. All communication, negotiations, agreements, transactions, and business dealings occur directly between users and third-party businesses.

Kerygo does not act as an intermediary, agent, or broker and does not participate in or control the outcome of any transaction unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Kerygo does not earn commissions from transactions between users and listed businesses.

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and are otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet them, you must not access or use the Platform.

You agree that:

• You will use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith;
• You will conduct your own due diligence before engaging any manufacturer or printer;
• You are solely responsible for any decisions, agreements, or transactions you enter into with third-party businesses;
• Any information you provide on the Platform will be accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• You will maintain the security of any account credentials associated with your use of the Platform.

If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm that you have the legal right to represent that business and to use any associated content, logos, or images.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
• Impersonate any business, individual, or entity;
• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or collect directory data for commercial reuse, or for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise building machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), or similar automated systems, without our prior written permission;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Platform’s security or functionality;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Platform in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Violate the intellectual property or other rights of Kerygo or any third party.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

We may allow public search engines and other automated systems to access public pages of the Platform for the purposes of indexing, citation, or search visibility, provided they comply with:

• Applicable law;
• Our robots.txt file and robots meta directives;
• Any rate limits or access rules we publish from time to time.

We reserve the right to revoke automated access permissions at any time by updating our robots.txt file or other published directives.

Kerygo does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, reliability, legality, ethical standards, or business performance of any third-party business listed on the Platform.

Kerygo is not a party to any transaction between users and third-party businesses and is not responsible for any aspect of such transactions. This includes, without limitation:

• Payments, deposits, refunds, or chargebacks;
• Production quality or defects;
• Shipping delays or delivery failures;
• Misrepresentation or fraud by a third party;
• Contract disputes between users and businesses.

All disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Kerygo has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in any commercial dispute.

Kerygo offers optional paid verification badges and listing tiers. The following apply to all badge holders:

• Scope of Verification: A Verification badge indicates that Kerygo reviewed documentation submitted by the business at a specific point in time. It does not constitute a continuous audit, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, compliance, or business practices.
• No Warranty: Badges are informational tools, not guarantees of performance. Kerygo makes no warranty that a verified business will meet your expectations.
• Badge Revocation: Kerygo reserves the right to revoke a badge at any time if a business is found to have submitted false documentation, violated these Terms, or engaged in conduct harmful to users or the Platform.

Certain features, including badge tiers and premium placements, are available on a paid basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as applicable to your selected plan.
• No Guaranteed Results: Payment does not guarantee business results, leads, inquiries, or revenue outcomes.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay will result in the downgrade or removal of your paid badge or listing tier. It will not result in deletion of your business listing unless you separately request removal.
• No Refunds: Fees paid for any subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Price Changes: Kerygo may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ written notice to your registered email. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Kerygo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime, data loss, technical issues, or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Kerygo may introduce account registration features in the future. Where accounts exist, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@kerygo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, restrict, or disable any listing or content at our sole discretion, including content that is inaccurate, unauthorized, infringing, misleading, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

We may also suspend or permanently block access to users who violate these Terms, without prior notice where appropriate.

The Platform, including its design, structure, branding, code, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to Kerygo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Platform’s design, branding, or proprietary content for competing or commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Kerygo.

If you submit or upload content to the Platform — including business descriptions, photographs, logos, service details, or other materials — you grant Kerygo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, distribute, and publish that content for the purpose of:

• Operating, improving, and maintaining the Platform;
• Promoting Kerygo’s directory services, including use in marketing materials, social media channels (including Instagram and LinkedIn), email campaigns, and other promotional content;
• Showcasing listed businesses to prospective buyers and brand partners.

You remain responsible for all content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. By submitting content, you represent that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kerygo makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that any listing, manufacturer, printer, or third-party service provider will meet your expectations or business requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerygo and its operators, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Business transactions with third-party manufacturers or printers;
• Production defects, delays, or delivery failures;
• Inaccurate, unclaimed, or outdated listings;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kerygo and its operators, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights;
• Any content or listing you submit to the Platform;
• Any dispute between you and a third-party business.

Kerygo respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to hello@kerygo.com with the subject line “IP Infringement Notice”.

Your notice must include:

• (a) A clear description of the intellectual property work you claim has been infringed;
• (b) The specific URL(s) on kerygo.com where the allegedly infringing material appears;
• (c) Your full name, contact email, and the organization you represent (if applicable);
• (d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law;
• (e) A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without modification.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kerygo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
